Public Tours
Public tours for individuals and groups of less than 20 people are available on a first come, first served basis on Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m.
Tours are unavailable on select days due to the event schedule at Xcel Energy Center. To ensure your preferred tour date is available, please review the current event calendar. If an event is scheduled, tours are not available.
Due to conflicting event schedules, tours are unavailable on the following dates:

- Memorial Day

- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day

Public Tour Fees And Tickets
- Adults (18 years of age and older): $15.00
- Kids (5 years of age - 12th grade): $5.00
- Kids (under 5 years of age and with an adult): Free
Reservations are not required for groups of less than 20 people. Public tour tickets can be purchased in person with a guide the day of the tour. Our venue is cashless and payment must be digital.

Tour Guidelines

At the time of your tour, meet your tour guide in the lobby of Gate 1 of Xcel Energy Center. Look for tour signage upon arrival. Plan for 1-1.5 hours for your tour. Tour will leave promptly at the scheduled time.
Tour highlights may vary based on previously scheduled events. Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to cancel tour dates and times based on event schedule.
