Suite Policies

Access

Suiteholders may access their suite according to the following:

  • Minnesota Wild games – 90 minutes prior to start time (Gate 5 only)
  • Non-Wild events – 60 minutes prior to start time

Guests are permitted to remain in the suite for up to 30 minutes at the conclusion of Wild games and non-Wild events.

Directions to VIP Entrance Gate 5

From the Gate 1 lobby/Xcel Energy Center Box Office: Take the stairs by the clock tower to the Skyway Level. After going through the first set of glass doors, turn left and proceed to Gate 5. Continue onto the carpeted area to the Gate 5 entrance which will be on the left.

From the Kellogg Blvd. Parking Ramp: Take the elevator to the street level and exit right out of the elevator vestibule. Take and immediate left into the Roy Wilkins hallway and continue onto the opposite end of the hall. At the end of the hallway, before going through the glass doors to Xcel Energy Center, turn right and proceed to Gate 5. Continue onto the carpeted area to the Gate 5 entrance which will be on the left.

From the Rivercentre Parking Ramp: Take the elevator to the skyway and exit the elevator vestibule. Take an immediate right into the skyway and continue to the opposite end. At the end of the corridor, go through the glass doors to Xcel Energy Center, proceed to Gate 5.  Continue to the carpeted area and the Gate 5 entrance will be on the left. 

**Although we recommend suiteholders enter the arena via the VIP Entrance (Gate 5), suiteholders may access the arena through any gate.**

To arrange a wheelchair escort to your suite, please fill out this Guest Services Form. To request the removal of a fixed seat in order to accomedate a wheelchair, please contact the Suite Service & Premium Operations Department at suiteservice@wild.com or 651-726-8300, 

Age Restrictions

Suiteholders shall be responsible to ensure that at least one adult; age 21 or older will be present in the suite at all times.

In most cases, children who have not celebrated their 2nd birthday do not require a ticket for entrance. If this policy is different for a specific event, it will be reflected in the Event Announcement.

Cameras

Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two (2) inches are prohibited from all Xcel Energy Center events. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable.  

Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event. Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that staff deems unacceptable. Audio recorders are not allowed at any time.

Conduct

For the safety and comfort of our Suite Level guests, it is imperative to maintain appropriate behavior at all times. Offensive language and behavior will not be tolerated. Suiteholders are responsible for the conduct of guests within their suite. This includes any COVID-19 protocols and mandates. Guests not conducting themselves in an acceptable or required manner may be asked to leave the premises.

First Aid

First Aid personnel are located throughout Xcel Energy Center during all events. Guests may contact the Suite Concierge staff for assistance.

Food and Beverage

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer at Xcel Energy Center. Outside food and beverage are not allowed on the Suite Level or in the arena. Special occasion cakes may be ordered through Levy Restaurants.

Lights

During concerts and special events, the suite lights and television monitors will turn off as soon as the house lights are lowered. This is at the request of the performing artists and will remain off until the conclusion of the event.

Lost or Stolen Items

Xcel Energy Center, Minnesota Wild, and Levy Restaurants are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you lost or left an item in your suite, please fill out this Lost & Found Form.

Obstructed Suites

If your suite is obstructed, you have the opportunity to request tickets on the 100 level. To ensure availability, please RSVP for the number of tickets you will be utilizing for the event by the RSVP deadline provided in the Wavework event announcement.

If your suite is obstructed for an event, you may access the suite prior to the start of the event. However, guests must vacate the suite as soon as the house lights go down. This is subject to change if the tour restricts obstructed access. ReSale of Suite Tickets

The re-sale of suite tickets is prohibited under any circumstances. Any ticket re-sale to a broker will constitute the termination of your suite contract in addition to revocation of any suite tickets and loss of ticket renewal privileges.

Signs / Decorations

Banners and signs no larger than 2 ½ feet x 2 ½ feet and contain NO sticks, poles or offensive/vulgar language are allowed in the arena. Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in Xcel Energy Center, including inside of the suites. Signs must be handheld and displayed at appropriate times without impeding the experience of other guests. This is subject to change at any time based on a specific request from the event or promoter. 


Decorations, including banners, posters, streamers, balloons etc., are not permitted to be adhered to the suite walls with any type of material. Signs, logos or advertisements are not allowed on the exterior of the suite door, in the suite level concourse, nor facing into the arena bowl on the balcony. If you will be bringing in permitted décor, please contact us to arrange.

Smoking

Xcel Energy Center is a smoke-free facility and tobacco use of any kind is not be permitted within the venue. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products.  There is no designated smoking area and no re-entry at Xcel Energy Center.
