How to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster?
Individual tickets to Xcel Energy Center events can be purchased via Ticketmaster by phone or internet.

Sundays 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
All major credit cards are accepted. A per ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.
By Internet:
Individual tickets for Minnesota Wild home games and Xcel Energy Center events are available for purchase online through www.ticketmaster.com.
In person:
Individual tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations including Marshall Field's and Mervyn's. A per ticket convenience charge will be added to your order.
How do I purchase tickets from the Xcel Energy Center Box Office?

The Xcel Energy Center Box Office event information phone number is 651-726-8240. This number is for event information only and not for the purchasing of tickets. Tickets for Roy Wilkins Auditorium events can be purchased at Main Box Office.
Hours of Operation:
September - April: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Saturday
May - August (Summer Hours): 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday
The Xcel Energy Center Box Office opens fours hours in advance of the showtime/gametime on weekends (i.e. If a concert starts at 7:30 pm the box office opens at 3:30 pm). For concert/event on sales in the summer on Saturday or Sunday year round the Box Office opens for the on-sale time only.
Will Call:
Will Call is located at the Southeast entrance (Gate 1) of the Xcel Energy Center on Kellogg Boulevard.
Will Call windows open ninety (90) minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the start of the third period.
Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of the pick up. This will remain on file for future reference.
After the box office closes, all unclaimed tickets are taken to the ticket-taker at the main entrance for the convenience of late arrivers.
Tickets are accepted at will call from Ticketmaster and Wild staff members. Will Call will not be received from the general public. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding will call tickets will not be given out over the phone.
*Please note all ticket requests for Minnesota State High School Tournaments must be purchased through the Minnesota State High School League (www.mshsl.org).
Gift Certificates are now available for purchase at the Xcel box office in any denomination. The certificates may be used to purchase concessions, merchandise and tickets.
We will also take orders for these through the mail or via fax plus a $5.00 per order charge.

Xcel Energy Center Box Office Gift Certificates may not be used at Ticketmaster outlets or for internet or telephone purchases. The Xcel Energy Center Box Office does not accept Ticketmaster gift certificates.
