Consumer Warning - The Xcel Energy Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is an Xcel Energy Center licensed contractor, such as Ticketmaster or the Xcel Energy Center Box Office. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.

How can I purchase tickets?

Individual tickets to Xcel Energy Center events can be purchased at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office in person or via Ticketmaster by phone, internet or a Ticketmaster Outlet.

Based on event schedule, closing times may be extended. Sunday event days and summer month Saturday event days the Box Office opens 4 hours prior to the event start time. For concert and or event on-sales held on Saturdays during the summer the Box Office opens for the on-sale time only.

Individual tickets are also available at all Ticketmaster outlet locations including Macy’s and the Hockey Lodge at the Mall of America. A per ticket convenience charge will be added to your order, when purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster.

XCEL ENERGY CENTER BOX OFFICE:

The Xcel Energy Center Box Office event information phone number is 651-726-8240. This number is for event information only and not for the purchasing of tickets. Tickets for Roy Wilkins Auditorium events can be purchased at Main Box Office.   Box office hours can be found above.

Will Call Information & Rules:

Will Call is located at the Southeast entrance (Gate 1) of the Xcel Energy Center on Kellogg Boulevard.

Will Call windows open ninety (90) minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the start of the third period.

Tickets are released only to the person whose name appears on the Ticketmaster account header card or will call envelope. No one will be given tickets designated for another person. Proper photo identification is required, preferably a driver's license, and purchasing credit card, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time of the pick up. This will remain on file for future reference.

After the box office closes, all unclaimed tickets are taken to the ticket-taker at the main entrance for the convenience of late arrivers.

Tickets are accepted at will call from Ticketmaster and Wild staff members. Will Call will not be received from the general public. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding will call tickets will not be given out over the phone.

*Please note all ticket requests for Minnesota State High School Tournaments must be purchased through the Minnesota State High School League (www.mshsl.org).

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are now available for purchase at the Xcel box office in any denomination. The certificates may be used to purchase concessions, merchandise and tickets.

We will also take orders for these through the mail or via fax plus a $5.00 per order charge.

Xcel Energy Center Box Office Gift Certificates may not be used at Ticketmaster outlets or for internet or telephone purchases. The Xcel Energy Center Box Office does not accept Ticketmaster gift certificates.

Concert On-Sales / Lottery Procedure:

Xcel Energy Center conducts a lottery for first in line for all concert onsales. Ticket lottery wristbands are handed out starting one hour prior to onsale until 10 minutes prior to onsale time. You must be 16 years of age to receive a wristband. First in line is determined by a random draw. Purchasers arriving after wristbands are no longer being given out may line up after the last wristbanded buyer.
