Group Tickets

For corporate meetings, team building and pure fun, consider organizing your group for an upcoming event at Xcel Energy Center.  Gather your co-workers, friends, fellow travelers or church group for a great time.

Fundraising

Ticket sales to select Xcel Energy Center events may be used as a fundraiser for non-profit organizations. It’s a fun and easy way to generate revenue for your group. Please call 651-312-3486 for more details.

Ordering Tickets

Ordering group tickets is easy.  Call 651-312-3486 (metro area), 1-866-XCEL TIX (outstate), or e-mail grouptickets@xcelenergycenter.com for personal service with a Group Sales Representative.

Group ticket benefits:

• Discount tickets available for select shows and performances
• Preferred seating - best available seating at time of ordering
• Personal service with a Group Sales Representative
• Group leaders receive advance notice of upcoming events at Xcel Energy Center.  Add your name and email address to the group leader priority notification
• Promotional materials such as posters, email templates, show logos and flyers are available. We want to help make your event a success!
• Groups may reserve a predicted number of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.  Groups are not held accountable for that number, but must sell the minimum number of tickets.
• Tour suggestions - the group sales team can help with hotel, meeting room, parking and itinerary ideas. We’ll make it easy for you to have a great time!
• Gift certificates good for food, beverages and Minnesota Wild and Swarm merchandise are available for purchase in $5 increments from a Group Sales Representative

Groups also have the opportunity to reserve meeting space for pre-event functions.  Rooms on Xcel Energy Center's Club Cambria Executive Suite Level and 317 on Rice Park are available.

Event suites are also available for most Xcel Energy Center events.  Event suites are a great way to entertain 30-49 guests at the highest level.  Ask a Group Sales Representative about renting an event suite.

Policies & Procedures

• Groups may reserve a predicted number of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups are not held accountable for that number, but must sell the minimum number of tickets.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Checks should be made payable to Xcel Energy Center. Any cash or in-person payments at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office must be scheduled in advance.
• You may add seats to your original group order, however, seating location is not guaranteed to be with the original group, and is based on availability.
• Wheelchair and special needs seating is available. Please let us know in advance if members in your group require special seating accommodations.
• For most shows, children age two (2) and older must have a ticket to be admitted.  Please call 651-726-8240 to inquire about a specific event.
• No refunds or exchanges after final payment has been made.
• Tickets will be mailed after receiving final payment.
