Is there a Lost and Found at Xcel Energy Center?

During an event, lost and found service is located at Guest Services at section 104/105 on the 100 level. Found items will be stored for 30 days. To learn if an item has been recovered, please call 651-265-4817 during regular business hours. Xcel Energy Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

For most events, children younger than two (2) years of age do not require a ticket if held on the lap of an accompanying adult. If an event varies from this policy, it will be noted on the specific event page.

Does Xcel Energy Center offer wheelchair escorts?

Wheelchair escorts are available for guests who may require additional assistance to and from their seats. A pre-arranged escort will meet a guest at the designated gate and assist the guest to his/her seat. At the conclusion of the event, an escort will return to the guest’s seat and escort him/her to the nearest exit. Please note the escort will not remain with the guest during the event, nor will the wheelchair be left with a guest during the event. This service is for transport needs only. Additionally, escorts are available only on Xcel Energy Center property and are not permitted to transport beyond the arena property.

To arrange a wheelchair escort, please contact Guest Services at 651-726-8200 or [email protected].

Are tickets purchased through third party websites, secondary market ticket brokers, etc. valid?

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Xcel Energy Center Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets. Xcel Energy Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit or other invalid tickets.

Is there someplace close to eat or drink before an event?

Xcel Energy Center has two in-arena restaurants, Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club and the Mich Golden Light Fan Zone, as well as The Reserve, a new upscale lounge on the Bremer Bank Suite Level. Event hours vary, so please call 651-726-8200 for restaurant hours of the event you are attending. There are also several dining options near the arena.

Are tours of the arena available?
