Is there a Lost and Found at Xcel Energy Center?

During events lost and found items are turned into the Guest Services Desk at section 105. To inquire about a lost item after an event, please call 651-265-4817.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

For most events, children 2 years of age or older require a ticket to enter the arena. If an event varies from this policy, it will be noted on the specific event page.

Does Xcel Energy Center offer wheelchair escorts?

Wheelchair escorts are available for guests who may require additional assistance to and from their seats. A pre-arranged escort will meet a guest at the designated gate and assist the guest to his/her seat. At the conclusion of the event, an escort will return to the guest’s seat and escort him/her to the nearest exit. Please note that the escort will not remain with the guest during the event, nor will the wheelchair be left with a guest during the event. This service is for transport needs only. Additionally, escorts are available only on Xcel Energy Center property and are not permitted to transport beyond the arena property.

To arrange a wheelchair escort, please call Guest Services at 651-726-8200

Are tickets purchased through third party websites, secondary market ticket brokers, etc. valid?

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Xcel Energy Center Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets. Xcel Energy Center cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit or other invalid tickets.

Is there someplace close to eat or drink before an event?

Xcel Energy Center has two in-arena restaurants – Headwaters Bar & Restaurant and Bud Light Fan Zone. Event hours vary, so please call 651-726-8200 for restaurant hours of the event you are attending. There are also several dining options near the arena.

Are tours of the arena available?

Tours are available on most non-event days. Please contact Guest Services at 651-726-8200 for specific information and to arrange for a tour.

Once I enter Xcel Energy Center, am I allowed to exit and re-enter using the same ticket?

Xcel Energy Center has a “No Re-Entry Policy” which means guests may not exit the building during an event and then re-enter the building at a later time. To gain access to the building, guests must present a valid, unused ticket.

How can I arrange for a “Happy Birthday” or similar scoreboard message during an event?

Please contact the Minnesota Wild or Minnesota Swarm for details on arranging scoreboard messages during their games. Xcel Energy Center is unable to accommodate these requests for concerts and other events.

Are cameras allowed inside Xcel Energy Center?

For most events, non-professional, non-flash photography is permitted (disposable, digital or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Please note that some events will have a difference camera policy. Please see the specific event page or contact 651-726-8200 for further information.
