Lady Gaga will be traveling the globe with the Joanne World Tour. Grammy and Golden Globe winner and Academy Award-nominated Lady Gaga is a one-of-a-kind artist and performer. Her fifth studio album Joanne debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, marking her 4th consecutive #1 album - the first female to do so in the 2010s.
For parents with children attending the concert without adult supervision, a credit card is required for entry, so you have the following options:
- Stand in line with your child until they are swiped in for entry.
- Provide your child with the credit card used to make the purchase.
- At 1 p.m. on the day of show, the venue ticket office will be open to reprint your order as hard tickets which your child may use for entry.
General Admission Floor Tickets: Guests with general admission floor tickets must enter the arena via Gate 1 (main entrance on Kellogg Blvd). For general admission floor tickets, your credit card is your ticket. You will need to show the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID at the Gate 1 entrance.
Gate 1 has been set aside for credit card entry and wrist banding for the general admission floor. If you bought tickets for friends, everybody must enter together (tickets can't be transferred to other credit cards).
Gate 1 lobby of Xcel Energy Center will open at 6 a.m. on Monday, August 21. No overnight camping is permitted.
Mobile Entry: Mobile tickets are like an airline boarding pass which can be accessed with a smartphone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile site in a QR code format and scanned at the gate for entry. Click here for more information.

Xcel Energy Center will host a happy hour for fans at Gate 1 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and will feature happy hour pricing.
The Mich Golden Light Fan Zone, located at Gate 4 of the arena, will open at 5:30 p.m. and will offer happy hour pricing from 5:30 - 7 p.m. plus a full-service bar and dinner menu.
The Reserve is a new upscale lounge on the Bremer Bank Suite Level that boasts an eclectic, chef-driven menu and an array of cocktail options. To make a reservation, call 651-726-8400. The Reserve opens at 6:30 p.m.
