Guest Conduct

Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any type (e.g., air horns, cow bells, etc.) are prohibited. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact an Xcel Energy Center staff member.

Lost Children
In the event a child and parent become separated, Xcel Energy Center is proud to offer the Tag-a-Kid Program. This is a free in-house service in which a colorful wristband is placed on a young visitor that notes their parents' seat location. The Tag-a-Kid Program helps lost children and parents reunite easily by registering the parents' contact information and noting the child’s seat location on the wristband. For additional information or to register, visit any of the Guest Services desks located at 102, C9 and 207, as well as the Suite Concierge desk.

In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena.
