Donations

Xcel Energy Center receives many requests for donations and each and every one is given serious consideration. We wish it were possible to honor all of these worthwhile causes, however some do not fall within our established guidelines listed below:

• Fails to meet the focus of Xcel Energy Center’s community relations efforts
• Past due letter (must be received 30 days in advance of the event date)
• Previously donated (one donation per organization per year)
• Sponsorship or monetary donation request
• Out-of-state request
• 3rd party request or organizational campaign
• Individuals or individual pursuits, fraternal, veteran, labor or political group
• Prizes and incentive programs

Please note Xcel Energy Center is a rental facility and therefore has very limited access to event tickets for charitable requests.

All donation requests must be submitted through the online application. Faxes, emails, phone calls and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date for which the donation is needed. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we ask that you please do not call to check on the status of a previously requested donation.
