Accessibility

 Xcel Energy Center is pleased to welcome guests of all abilities to our facility. For those patrons with specific needs we are pleased to offer the following in accordance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act):

Accessible Drop-Off
The accessible drop-off area is located at the southeast entrance (Gate 1) of Xcel Energy Center on Kellogg Blvd.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available at the RiverCentre Parking Ramp, Kellogg Parking Ramp and all other parking lots located within a short distance from Xcel Energy Center.

Accessible Seating
There are accessible and companion seats available in all price levels. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. When purchasing tickets, please indicate if you require accessible seating.

Accessible Ticket Policies
For each price range, 1% of the total number of seats offered for sale to the general public will be wheelchair accessible and 1% of the total number of seats offered for sale to the general public will be companion seating to the accessible seats.

Animals
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Xcel Energy Center. All other animals are prohibited.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)
Headsets and receivers for the ADA approved Telex ALD system are available free of charge at the Guest Services Desk near section 104/105 and at the Gate 5 suite concierge desk. Either a driver’s license, credit card or check deposit is required to ensure return of equipment.

Elevators
Elevators are located throughout Xcel Energy Center for wheelchair access to all levels. Patrons with disabilities receive preferential access to elevators during all events held at Xcel Energy Center.

Emergency Evacuation Program
Designated Xcel Energy Center ushers have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated employees will have primary duty of assisting patrons with disabilities to specific locations.

Hearing/Visual Impaired Seating
Hearing/visual impaired seating for Xcel Energy Center events (excluding Wild and Swarm games) is available exclusively through the Xcel Energy Center Box Office. To request an ALS interpreter, contact the Xcel Energy Center Box Office a minimum of 10 business days prior to the date of event.  For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance, however an ASL interpreter will not be provided unless specifically requested.

Hearing/visual impaired seating is reserved up to 10 (ten) business days prior to the date of the event or until sold out - whichever comes first.  Reserved hearing/visual impaired seats are held within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance as required by ADA regulations.

Telephones
Accessible telephones are located on various levels of Xcel Energy Center. TDD/TTY phones are located at Gate 3 on the 100 Level and by the box office at Gate 1. A complimentary portable TDD/TTY phone is located at the VIP Concierge Desk at Gate 5 for Treasure Island Resort & Casino Club Level and Club Cambria Executive Suite Level guests.

Wheelchairs
Xcel Energy Center has a limited number of wheelchairs available for guests in need of assistance. These wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at Guest Services, which is located on the concourse at Section 105. A state issued drivers license must be left at Guest Services to ensure the return of the wheelchair.

* All restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities.
