Xcel Energy Center is part of the Minnesota Sports & Entertainment (MSE) family of businesses, which includes the Minnesota Wild of the National Hockey League, and Saint Paul Arena Company, which operates Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul RiverCentre and the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

MSE also has a majority stake in Wildside Caterers, a premier food service organization, and owns and operates 317 on Rice Park (formerly the historic Minnesota Club), an intimate venue for receptions, business meetings and weddings. Centerplate, one of the nation’s largest providers of food service for sports, entertainment and convention center venues, provides food and beverage services for Xcel Energy Center.
